Thank you for your email about what to eat whilst breastfeeding. It's important to eat 500 calories a day more than a woman's normal daily requirement of 2000 calories. This is best arranged over 3 meals and 3 snacks; there is no need to anything special, just a normal healthy diet with foods from each group.
