Thank you for your question about what not to eat whilst breastfeeding.

There are no prohibited foods whilst breastfeeding, everything you eat will eventually be metabolised by your body and be in the milk.

Some foods may affect some babies and not others its very individual. Foods that may or may not cause unwanted effect's in breastfed babies including: colic, skin rash. unsettled behaviour, crying, etc include dairy products, and foods that contain sulphur i.e. brassicas, lentils and pulses.
