I stopped breast-feeding 9 years ago; why would I have milk in my breast still?

Thank you for your question concerning milk appearing in your breasts 9 years after stopping breastfeeding. It is something that you may need to discuss with your GP as the symptoms suggest Hyperprolactinemia; a condition affecting the pituarity gland causing it to over produce prolactin. Associated symptoms can also include disturbed vision and headaches.
